Complete Partial or Foldedsheets books, rolls, and singles of Forever stamps, and stamps over 68¢ face value.
30% Face Value:
Partial or Folded sheets, books, rolls and singles of stamps under 68¢ face value.
20% Face Value:
Nonprofit rate, Bulk Rate, Presort.
