Issued Mid-August 2006. Did not appear for sale until sometime in September 2006. Single self-adhesive stamp from double sided convertible booklet of 20. Die-cut 11¼x10¾ (2 or 3 sides). Avery Dennison printing. There is a white ray going up on the left hand side of the torch at the tip of the star. No "USPS" microprinting in top red stripe flag. (675441)
